About this ranking

Badge completion rates from the official Roblox API, checked 2026-08-18. The table below lists all 30 badges ordered by earn rate, rarest first — ties are broken by the smaller total number of awards. The rate is the official Roblox winRatePercentage field (the share of players who have unlocked the badge), shown next to awardedCount, the total awards on record. The exact denominator and refresh cadence are Roblox’s own and are not published, so we store the snapshot and stamp the check date instead of quoting numbers we cannot reproduce. Rates drift as the player base grows — always compare against the dated snapshot. Unlock requirements live in the badge guide; overall game totals sit on the stats hub.

How badge earn rates are calculated

Two fields from the Roblox badges API drive this ranking. winRatePercentage is the official earn rate — the share of the game’s players who have been awarded the badge — and awardedCount is the raw total of awards recorded for that badge ID. Both are republished exactly as the API returned them on the snapshot date; nothing here is estimated or modeled. What the API does not document is the exact denominator (total players versus total plays) and its refresh cadence, so treat the percentage as Roblox’s own measured rate, not a formula we computed. When badges share the same rate, the one with fewer total awards ranks as rarer. To turn rates into unlocks, the badge guide walks through every requirement, and the completion checklist bundles all 30 into one list.

The three rarest badges — and why

Three badges sit far below everything else. Just Another Day at the Office asks for ten completed runs — a serious commitment when a single run takes most of an hour. Perfect Attendance is the rarest badge that demands a squad: it requires completing Ending 2 with a full four-player team, and the basement elevator will not move until everyone is aboard — solo players cannot earn it at all. It’s Not What It Looks Like looks easy (get caught by the FBI by simply staring at the agent), yet most players dodge on instinct, which keeps it near the bottom. Current rates and award counts for all three are in the table above; step-by-step routes are linked below.
