Shred the Secrets 100% Completion — Full Checklist (2026)

What counts as 100% in Shred the Secrets? No official definition exists, so use the community standard: all 30 badges, 3 endings and 15 secrets — with a free tracker.

Last updated: 2026-09-08

Quick answer

Shred the Secrets has no official 100% completion definition — the developers have never published one, and nothing in the game tracks a completion percentage (that boundary stays UNKNOWN; we will not invent a threshold). What the community has converged on is three collectible groups: all 30 badges, all 3 endings and the 15 secrets. That is the definition this page uses: every badge is listed below with its current official API stats, the three endings get one-line routes, the secret list mirrors the secrets hub, and the whole thing collapses into one checkable list in the run tracker. Only care about the hardest items? The rarity ranking sorts them rarest first.

Group 1 — the 30 badges

Badges are the backbone of a 100% save: five pop during a normal first run, while the rest demand secrets, endings, squad coordination or long grinds. The table below lists all 30 in the order of our badge database, with the official earn rate and award count from the same snapshot as the rarity ranking. Twelve badges have dedicated step-by-step guides — the links follow right after the table.

Badge guides

Step-by-step routes for the twelve badges that need more than a normal run — the remaining eighteen are covered in the full badge guide:

Group 2 — the 3 endings

All three endings are confirmed by their own badges, and each branches from a specific room of the run. One-line versions:

  • Ending 1 — What?: find the 4 hidden buttons between the paper-stack columns, grab the golden secret document and walk out as the FBI arrives. Full chain: the endings page.

  • Ending 2 — Dark Secrets: take the crowbar in the cobweb room, break into the basement, brew the coffee and ride the elevator up with your whole squad. Full chain: the endings page.

  • Ending 3 — Whistleblower: repair the broken ladder in Room 9, run the Mad Scientist’s blueprint quest and crack the Room 12 bank vault. Full chain: the endings page and the Ending 3 walkthrough.

  • Ending 2’s full-squad variant doubles as the rarest badge in the game (Perfect Attendance) — see the rarity ranking.

Group 3 — the 15 secrets

The secret list below mirrors the secrets hub one-to-one. Most are interactables hidden around the run; one of them (Dangerous Knowledge) has a trigger no source we checked documents, so it stays on the list with its location honestly marked UNKNOWN. Each secret also maps to a checklist item in the run tracker, so you can tick them off run by run.

  • Room 3 Key — the locker key that starts the Sketchy Coworker chain.

  • Fake exit — a hidden exit door that is not one of the numbered endings.

  • Sketchy Coworker’s Phone — one of the two reported paths to the Golden Shredder (both unverified).

  • Golden Shredder — the gold shredder variant; two competing acquisition stories, both unverified.

  • Hidden buttons (x4) — Ending 1’s trigger, tucked between the paper-stack columns.

  • Golden secret document (grocery list) — the Ending 1 pickup.

  • Crowbar — the tool that opens the basement route in the cobweb room.

  • Boarded-up doorway — the plank-covered basement entrance behind the cobweb room.

  • Basement coffee machine — brews the Caffeinated speed buff and starts the elevator window.

  • Basement elevator — only moves with the whole squad aboard.

  • THE CAKE IS A LIE poster — interactable on a dark wall of the Room 10 lab.

  • Filing cabinets — open 20 of them for the Nosy Coworker badge.

  • Cobwebs — clear 20 with the broom for the Housekeeping badge.

  • Dangerous Knowledge — trigger undocumented by any source we checked; location UNKNOWN.

  • FBI capture — keep staring at the agent to get caught (a badge event, not an ending).

If the calendar is tight, target the bottom of the barrel first: the rarest badges ranking sorts all 30 by official earn rate, so the squad-only and grind badges get scheduled before the easy ones.
