Welcome!
Official badge description: "You played Shred the Secrets!" It is awarded the moment you join the game, so effectively every player owns it (about 100% earn rate, over 3.2 million awards).
First Day on the Job
Official badge description: "Shred your first stack of paper." The Room 1 tutorial walks you straight into it — grab documents, crank the shredder, done — which is why about 100% of players have earned it.
Company Card
Official badge description: "Buy your first upgrade." Spend any amount of in-run cash on the Skill Tree (Shred Amount, Carry Amount and so on) and it pops — about 100% of players have it.
Access Granted
Official badge description: "Unlock your first door." Doors gate progress between rooms, so this comes naturally as you play — about 90.8% of players have unlocked one. The exact mechanism of the first locked door is community-reported but unverified.
IT Department
Official badge description: "Crank shredders 100 times." Every shredder runs on stored energy that you refill by manually cranking (F key), so this stacks up on its own — about 63.7% of players have it. Whether the counter is per-run or cumulative is unverified.
Paper Pusher
Official badge description: "Shred 100 stacks of paper." The counter is cumulative across runs, so normal play gets you there quickly — about 100% of players have earned it.
Millionaire
Official badge description: "Collect $1,000,000." Each room's money goal is $1M, so clearing Room 1 should get you close — earned by about 25% of players. Whether it counts a single run or cumulative cash is community-reported, unverified.
Nosy Coworker
Official badge description: "Open 20 filing cabinets." Filing cabinets fill Room 3's office area — just open every one you see and it unlocks (about 28.3% earn rate). Whether the counter is shared across the squad or resets between runs is unverified.
Keymaster
Official badge description: "Find the key in Room 3." Video walkthroughs show the key hiding inside one of Room 3's lockers — open them all, including the easy-to-miss ones — earned by about 17.4% of players. The exact spawn is community-reported, unverified.
Let's keep this between us
Official badge description: "Find the Sketchy Coworker's Phone." After using the Room 3 key to meet the Sketchy Coworker, his phone is lying nearby in the unlocked area — earned by about 17.7% of players. One badge video claims it sits in Room 2 instead; treat the room number as unverified.
Tricked!
Official badge description: "Find the fake exit." Walkthrough footage shows a hidden exit door in Room 4 that opens straight into the badge — earned by about 21.5% of players. Note the fake exit is a secret, not one of the numbered endings.
Housekeeping
Official badge description: "Clear 20 cobwebs." Cobwebs show up in the later rooms — a dedicated cobweb room appears in the back half of the run — and you clear them with the broom; about 10.4% of players have done twenty. Whether the counter is cumulative across runs is unverified.
What? (Ending 1)
Official badge description: "Complete Ending 1." Earned by about 22.8% of players, making it the most common ending. The chain is confirmed by multiple video walkthroughs: find 4 hidden buttons between paper-stack columns, grab the golden secret document, and the FBI arrives with a cat and a grocery list — escape achieved.
Dark Secrets (Ending 2)
Official badge description: "Complete Ending 2." Only about 7.9% of players have finished it. Video walkthroughs document the chain: grab the glowing crowbar in the cobweb room, break the planks into the basement, brew coffee, ride the elevator up with everyone aboard, then clear the "under renovation" final room — the reveal: the company drugged the coffee with illegal sweeteners to force overtime, and your shredding covered it up (video-reported, high confidence).
Perfect Attendance
Official badge description: "Complete Ending 2 as a full squad." This is the rarest badge in the game, earned by only 0.4% of players, and it cannot be earned solo. Video walkthroughs pin "full squad" at 4 players — the elevator out of the basement requires everyone aboard ("there must be four of us in") — community-reported, high confidence.
Joy Ride
Official badge description: "Ride the elevator out of the basement." Video walkthroughs show the route: the basement sits below the Room 6 cobweb room behind a boarded-up doorway — brew a pot at the basement coffee machine (2 minutes), then get everyone into the elevator cabin to trigger the ride and this badge (about 8.4% of players).
Dangerous Knowledge
Official badge description: "You weren't supposed to see that." About 9.2% of players have stumbled onto it, but neither fan wikis nor badge videos explain what the hidden discovery actually is — trigger unknown.
Solid Gold
Official badge description: "Shred with the Golden Shredder." One video walkthrough shows the Golden Shredder as the reward for returning the Sketchy Coworker's phone, while a badge video says it comes from upgrading the shredder — both unverified, earned by about 15.2% of players.
Intruder
Official badge description: "Break every plank off the boarded-up doorway." The doorway is the basement entrance at the bottom of the Room 6 cobweb room, and you need the glowing crowbar found in the same room to smash every plank — video-reported, earned by about 5.3% of players.
It's Not What It Looks Like
Official badge description: "Get caught by the FBI." Video guides reveal the mechanic: when an agent flashes on screen you must look away — so to get caught, just keep staring at him. A badge guide calls it "pretty easy", yet only 0.7% of players have it. Being caught is a badge event, not an ending.
Understaffed
Official badge description: "Complete a full run solo." No tricks required — just finish all eight rooms alone, which about 4.5% of players have managed. The recorded solo playthroughs on video took roughly 40-53 minutes.
Buzzer Beater
Official badge description: "Complete a run in under 45 minutes." Only about 3% of players have pulled it off; speedrunners say a coordinated 4-player squad is practically required, with community-reported full clears around 40 minutes. The exact timer start point is unverified.
Exceeded Expectations
Official badge description: "Purchase every upgrade in a single run." Only 1.4% of players have bought out the whole Skill Tree in one run. Video footage of the upgrade purchase UI confirms each upgrade line has 5 levels and that Carry Amount level 1 costs $6,000 — the first verified price point toward the total; all other per-level prices remain unpublished.
Secrets? What Secrets?
Official badge description: "Shred every last document in one run." You must clear the full document counter in all eight rooms within a single run — earned by only 1.5% of players. Speedrunners advise that you normally only clear a path, so this badge demands the opposite playstyle.
The Shredfather
Official badge description: "Shred 5,000 stacks of paper." The count is cumulative across all runs, so it is a pure grind badge — about 5% of players have stuck with the game long enough to earn it.
Cooking the Books
Official badge description: "Earn $10,000,000 across all runs." With a $1M goal per room, that is roughly ten full room clears' worth of cash — earned by only 0.2% of players, one of the rarest grind badges in the game.
Just Another Day at the Office
Official badge description: "Complete 10 runs." Finishing a full run takes 40+ minutes, so ten completions is a serious time investment — fewer than 0.1% of players have it, with only 72 awards on record.
Intern
The starter class. Level 1 makes cranks charge a shredder twice as fast, Level 2 adds 30% crank speed, and Level 3 gives 3x crank charge, 50% faster cranking and +2 carry capacity — community-reported from video guides. The class menu lists the unlock at 100 Paperclips (footage-observed, may change with updates); the Paperclips cost of each level-up is still unknown.
Associate
Level 1 grants +2 carry capacity plus $500 starting cash, Level 2 gives +3 carry and $1,000, and Level 3 gives +5 carry and $1,500 — footage-verified from the in-game class card. Community reviewers rate the starting-cash bonus as low value over a long run. The class menu lists the unlock at 100 Paperclips (footage-observed, may change with updates).
Night Guard
The defensive pick: Level 1 cuts FBI damage by 30%, Level 2 raises that to 50% and stops cobwebs slowing you, and Level 3 gives 70% FBI damage reduction, no cobweb slow, double health regen and +10% walk speed — community-reported from video guides. The class menu lists the unlock at 300 Paperclips (footage-observed, may change with updates).
Supervisor
A squad-oriented class: Level 1 lets you carry one extra document stack (2 total) and gives the whole team +2 carry capacity, scaling to 4 stacks and team-wide +4 carry at Level 3. Community reviewers call it strong in groups but average solo — the second class they recommend. The class menu lists the unlock at 200 Paperclips (footage-observed, may change with updates).
Manager
A hybrid speed-and-economy class: Level 1 gives +10% walk speed, +10% team cash and +2 personal carry, scaling to +20% walk speed, +16% team cash and +4 carry at Level 3 — community-reported from video guides. The class menu lists the unlock at 300 Paperclips (footage-observed, may change with updates).
CEO
Widely rated the strongest class: Level 1 gives the team +2 carry, +10% team cash and $2,000 starting money, scaling at Level 3 to team +4 carry, +25% team cash, $6,000 starting money and +15% walk speed (the 15% figure is transcript-flagged as uncertain). The class menu lists the unlock at 1,100 Paperclips (footage-observed, may change with updates).
Room 3 Key
A key hidden in Room 3 that awards the Keymaster badge when found. Walkthrough footage shows it inside one of the lockers — the player only found it after re-opening a locker they had skipped — and it unlocks the area where you meet the Sketchy Coworker.
Sketchy Coworker's Phone
The lost phone of the Sketchy Coworker, who asks you to fetch it and promises to "make it worth your while". Finding it awards the "Let's keep this between us" badge, and one walkthrough shows returning it unlocks the Golden Shredder — video-reported, unverified.
Golden Shredder
A golden shredder upgrade that awards the Solid Gold badge the first time you shred with it. Video walkthroughs report it grants 2x cash, shreds 6 stacks at once and needs no manual cranking — one source says it is the phone quest reward, another says it comes from upgrading the shredder; both unverified.
Paperclips
The meta currency that persists between runs, spent on unlocking and leveling the six classes. Community guides report Paperclips drop from shredding during runs and are awarded for completing rooms — farming Room 1 on repeat is the community-recommended method — and they can also be bought with Robux.
Cash
The in-run currency earned by throwing shredded paper balls into the recycling bin. Cash buys Skill Tree upgrades each run, each room carries a $1,000,000 goal (community-reported), and upgrades reset when you move to the next room — feeding the Millionaire and Cooking the Books badges.
Documents
The paper stacks you grab (E key) and feed into shredders — the first step of the official gameplay loop. Each room has a document counter to clear before you move on, and shredding every last document in one run earns the "Secrets? What Secrets?" badge.
Paper Balls
What comes out of the shredder after you feed it documents. Throw them (right-click on PC) into the recycling bin to convert them into cash — community-reported from fan guides and video, unverified but consistent across sources.
Filing Cabinets
Openable cabinets scattered through the office rooms, densest in Room 3. Opening 20 of them awards the Nosy Coworker badge; walkthrough footage shows most are empty, so they exist purely as a counter objective.
Cobwebs
Cobwebs appear in the later rooms — one late room is full of them — and are cleared with the broom. Clearing 20 awards the Housekeeping badge, and video guides report cobwebs slow you down unless you play Night Guard (community-reported).
Curved Broom
A 49 Robux game pass (ID 1917824287), verified via the official Roblox Game Pass API. Its official description is "Sweep twice the amount!", making it the cheapest pass and the only one with published effect text.
+5 Carry
A 99 Robux game pass (ID 1917584669), price verified via the official API; its official description field is empty. The name indicates five extra document carry slots, stacking with Carry Amount upgrades and class bonuses.
2x Money
A 249 Robux game pass (ID 1917734709), price verified via the official API; the official description field is empty. Doubling cash income speeds up every room's $1M goal and the grind toward the Millionaire and Cooking the Books badges.
Leaf Blower
A 399 Robux game pass (ID 1929169091), price verified via the official API; the official description field is empty. Video guides show a leaf blower tool that blows paper scraps into piles for faster collection — community-reported.
Insta Shred
A 499 Robux game pass (ID 1917776660), price verified via the official API; the official description field is empty. The name suggests shredding without the cranking wait, but no official text confirms the exact effect — treat as community inference.
2x Paperclips
A 799 Robux game pass (ID 1928245137), price verified via the official API; the official description field is empty. Doubling Paperclip income targets the class meta-progression directly, since classes are bought and leveled with Paperclips.
Insta Vacuum
A 999 Robux game pass (ID 1919054679), price verified via the official API and currently the most expensive pass; the official description field is empty. The name suggests instant scrap pickup, but the exact effect is community inference, not confirmed text.
FBI
Federal agents who flash on screen as jump scares starting in Room 2 and reappear in Room 3 and at the run's climax. Video guides confirm the rule: don't look at them — you must look away when they appear, and staring back is how you get caught (the "It's Not What It Looks Like" badge). FBI contact deals damage, reduced by the Night Guard class; capture is a badge event, not an ending.
Basement & Elevator
The basement sits below the Room 6 cobweb room, behind a boarded-up doorway you smash with the glowing crowbar found nearby (video-reported). Inside, a coffee machine brews a pot in 2 minutes — drinking it gives a burst of shredding speed — and once the coffee is ready the elevator works: get everyone into the cabin to ride out, earning Joy Ride and continuing to the "under renovation" final area.
Fake Exit
A hidden exit door in Room 4 that awards the Tricked! badge when opened, per walkthrough footage (community-reported). It is a secret collectible moment — fan wikis explicitly warn against treating the fake exit as one of the numbered endings.
Boarded-up Doorway
The boarded-up doorway is the basement entrance at the bottom of the Room 6 cobweb room — you need the glowing crowbar found in the same room to break the planks (video-reported). The Intruder badge requires breaking every single plank, not just enough to squeeze through.
Shredder Cranking
Shredders run on stored energy: you crank the handle (F key) to charge the machine, and each sheet fed in drains the charge — confirmed across multiple video guides. The Automatic Shredder upgrade reduces how often you need to crank, and the IT Department badge tracks 100 cranks.
Friend Boost
Playing with friends grants an extra bonus on top of normal rewards, and multiple video guides confirm that adding more players does not reduce anyone's money reward — squad play is strictly upside. The exact size of the friend bonus is not published (community-reported, unverified).
