The Handheld Shredder reward

Finishing the quest pays twice: the Industrial Revolution badge and the Handheld Shredder. The unlock message is explicit — "Handheld Shredder unlocked — it's yours from now on" — and it shreds documents right where you pick them up ("Click to shred"), instead of hauling them to a fixed station. One recorded caveat: in the August 2026 footage the handheld does not appear to be sped up by the Caffeinated coffee buff, so keep station shredders in your loop when the buff matters.
